fee<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\t<\/section>\n        <\/section>\n\t\t<section>\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"font-mincho\"><i><\/i>The subsidy for holding conventions (Economic assistances)<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<p>In order to attract more event organizers to hold conventions in Izumisano City and to contribute to the revitalization of the regional economy and to the cultural advancement, we give subsidies to organizers of conventions held in Izumisano City, within the limits of the budget.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<h3 style=\"color: #900;\">Important message<\/h3>\n\t\t\t<section class=\"important flex\">\n\t\t\t\t<p class=\"mb00\">The subsidized target and the items subsidized vary with the type of the convention so please carefully<br><a href=\"https:\/\/i-cb.jp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/youkou.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">review your application for subsidies to hold conventions taking the above factors into your consideration.<\/a><\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t<section>\n\t\t\t\t<h3> Conditions for granting subsidies to hold the convention:<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t<ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>The convention must be held in Izumisano City.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>The convention must not violate public order and good morals.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>The convention must not be intended for political and religious activities.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>The event organizers have not yet received any financial assistances such as subsidies and contributions from Izumisano City for holding conventions.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>The event organizers must cooperate with Izumisano Convention Bureau to conduct a questionnaire survey on organizers and participants of the convention.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t<section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Domestic(National) conventions:<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"yen\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"mb00\">In case of more than 1,500 scale of the convention must be large enough to involve participants from more than 3 (three) prefectures including Osaka prefecture.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>More than 50 (fifty) people in total must stay in the accommodations which belong to the listed members of Izumisano Convention Bureau.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4>International conventions:<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"yen\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"mb00\">The subsidy is up to <span>2(two) million Yen<\/span>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>\u2460The accumulative number of overnight stays of foreign participants multiplied by 2,000 Yen<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>\u2461The number of participating countries multiplied by 5,000Yen<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>Applicants may receive subsidies for the domestic convention together with those granted under \u2460 and\u3000\u2461 above.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5>Conditions:<\/h5>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>More than 20 (twenty) % of full-time participants from at least 3 (three) countries including Japan must be foreign nationals excluding those who live in Japan. <\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>The total number of overnight stays in the City must be more than 50 people.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>The accumulative number of overnight stays must be calculated with a maximum of 4 (four) nights&#8217; stay.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t<section>\n\t\t\t\t<h3>The subsidy for the preventive measures against infectious diseases<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t<p>\n\t\t\t\t\tIn order to conduct MICE events safely and securely under the COVID-19 pandemic, the expense for preventive measures against infectious diseases and the hybrid meetings in both face-to-face and on-line modes shall be subsidized within the limits of the budget.
