Support for the pre-event preparations:
- Venue and unique venue preparations
- Booking a venue and securing and making adjustment to facilities,etc.
- Introducing relevant business operators (venue set-ups, printing, signboard production, etc.)
- Cooperating for the liaison and coordination with administrative agencies (seeking sponsorships , inviting the Mayor,etc.)
- Furnishing explanatory materials about Izumisano City (photos, videos, etc.)
- Making arrangements with the press for publicity activities
- Introducing tourist attractions
- Arranging excursions and activity programs for accompaniers
Support during conventions:

- The subsidy for holding conventions (subject to different conditions imposed on domestic/national or international conventions)
- Offering sightseeing brochures and gourmet maps of Izumisano City
- Offering free congress bags
- Introducing translators of foreign languages and tourist guide interpreters for foreigners
- Setting up the temporary tourist information center
- Setting up the shopping corner for specialty goods and souvenirs
- Lending the DVD for the sightseeing in 4(four) foreign languages
- Deploying the staff to run a convention for a service fee
The subsidy for holding conventions (Economic assistances)
In order to attract more event organizers to hold conventions in Izumisano City and to contribute to the revitalization of the regional economy and to the cultural advancement, we give subsidies to organizers of conventions held in Izumisano City, within the limits of the budget.
Important message
The subsidized target and the items subsidized vary with the type of the convention so please carefully
review your application for subsidies to hold conventions taking the above factors into your consideration.
Conditions for granting subsidies to hold the convention:
- The convention must be held in Izumisano City.
- The convention must not violate public order and good morals.
- The convention must not be intended for political and religious activities.
- The event organizers have not yet received any financial assistances such as subsidies and contributions from Izumisano City for holding conventions.
- The event organizers must cooperate with Izumisano Convention Bureau to conduct a questionnaire survey on organizers and participants of the convention.
Domestic(National) conventions:
In case of more than 1,500 participants, the subsidy is up to 800,000Yen.

Conditions:
- The scale of the convention must be large enough to involve participants from more than 3 (three) prefectures including Osaka prefecture.
- More than 50 (fifty) people in total must stay in the accommodations which belong to the listed members of Izumisano Convention Bureau.
International conventions:
The subsidy is up to 2(two) million Yen.
- ①The accumulative number of overnight stays of foreign participants multiplied by 2,000 Yen
- ②The number of participating countries multiplied by 5,000Yen
- Applicants may receive subsidies for the domestic convention together with those granted under ① and ② above.
Conditions:
- More than 20 (twenty) % of full-time participants from at least 3 (three) countries including Japan must be foreign nationals excluding those who live in Japan.
- The total number of overnight stays in the City must be more than 50 people.
- The accumulative number of overnight stays must be calculated with a maximum of 4 (four) nights' stay.
The subsidy for the preventive measures against infectious diseases
In order to conduct MICE events safely and securely under the COVID-19 pandemic, the expense for preventive measures against infectious diseases and the hybrid meetings in both face-to-face and on-line modes shall be subsidized within the limits of the budget. Other supports (in case of more than 1,000 participants in total)
- The subsidy for welcome signboards⇒Airport, Venue entrance and Rinku Town Station digital signage display (Maximum 200,000Yen)
- The subsidy for shuttle buses ⇒ 1/2 of the total rental cost subsidized (Maximum 200,000 Yen)
- The subsidy for attractions and experience sessions ⇒ 1/2 of the total expenses subsidized (Maximum 200,000Yen)
*In order to apply for the above ① and ②, applicants must use the services provided by the listed members of the Bureau.
*Among the above 3 (three) support options, only one shall be subsidized.
