Nagataki, Izumisano City No.1 and No.2 Floating Solar Power Plants
Operation started in June 2023 as an off-site PPA project for Floating photovoltaic power generation constructed newly on a agricultural reservoir.
All electricity is sold to Izumisano Power Company over a 25-year project period.
The plant will contribute to the realization of a sustainable society through the local production for local consumption of renewable energy, and will also contribute to the local community as an emergency power source in times of a disaster.

Global warming counter-measures have become an urgent issue that must be tackled by the entire world. In September 2021, Izumisano City declared the 'Izumisano City Climate Emergency', and as part of its efforts to realize a decarbonized society, the City installed a floating solar power generation facility using a reservoir to promote the introduction of renewable energy.
